We plan to accomplish this by enabling children of all ages to engage in and develop life skills through the sport of gymnastics, in a nurturing, caring, and responsible environment. Located in Flanders, NJ - C.S. Gymnastics is dedicated to the total development of each gymnast. Proper learning progressions, stressing form and technique of all gymnastic skills are fundamental to our program. Enhanced self confidence, as a result of successful learning experiences, is as much a part of our school's goals as is the development of gymnastic skills
Gymnasts learn in small classes, grouped by age and skill level. The maximum student-teacher ratio is 8:1. Students will be evaluated their first week to ensure proper class placement. We evaluate your child's skill and fitness progress at the end of the fall and spring sessions. The average student will generally take 1 year, (4 - 5 consecutive sessions) to achieve the progression of skills on all the events for each class level. Students who wish to accelerate may choose to attend 2 classes/week. There are special tuition offers available for our "two-timers". Our qualified staff will offer your child a fun and rewarding experience at C.S. Gymnastics, Inc. We began serving the community in 1984 and are now able to offer quality gymnastics programs to the children of many of our original alumni, as well as the many young ones in our local community. Our expansive viewing balcony offer parents and spectators an exciting and complete view of the entire gymnastics training area. The fully carpeted gym is equipped with all Olympic specified equipment, and allows us to host invitational competitions during the school year. In addition to offering a thrilling event to view, we hope to provide an inspiration of dreams for young athletes to pursue. Whether starting as a Bunny Tot with parents, independent Bouncin' Bunny pre-schooler or beginner at any age we will offer instructional and fun lessons taught by experienced and safety certified staff.
