2009-2010 Calendar of Events

Fall

Sept. 10	Fall session begins.  1st tuition payment deadline by first class.  All full session accounts paid by September 16th receive $10.00 discount off per family account.
Oct. 10	Final payment deadline.  All accounts must be paid in fully by October 10th for continued participation in the program.
Oct. 31	We will be open on Halloween (Sat. Oct. 31st)
Nov. 9-14	Winter Registration and deposits are due
Nov. 16-21	"Bring a Friend" activity begins.  Details to follow.
Nov. 23	Open enrollment and registration.
Nov. 26-28	Closed for Thanksgiving holiday.
Dec. 5	End of fall classes.

Winter

Dec. 7	Winter session begins.  1st tuition payment deadline - first class.  All full session accounts paid in full by December 6th receive $10.00 discount off family account.
Dec. 21-Jan. 2	No Classes!  Special Holiday Clinics and Activities.
Jan. 16	Final payment deadline. All accounts must be paid in full by January 16th for continued participation in our program.
Feb. 15-20	Spring registration and deposit due.
Feb. 22-27 **	"Bring a Friend" activity begins.  Details to follow.
March 1	Open enrollment and registration
March 13	End of winter classes

Spring

March 15	Spring session begins.  1st tuition payment deadline-first class.  All full session accounts paid in full by March 20th receive $10.00 discount off per family account.
April 17	Final payment deadline.  All accounts must be paid in full by April 17th for continued participation in our program.
April 1-7	Spring Vacation!  No classes scheduled. Special Holiday clinics and activities**
May 17-22	Re-register for summer
May 31	Closed for Memorial Day (make up June 14th)
May 24-29th**	"Bring a Friend" activity begins. Details to follow.
June 14	End of Spring classes.

Gym will be open unless listed above.
