Rabbits and Bunnies

Straddle
Stretches: to the right/left/center
Hold for
10 counts each, 3 X each side

Bridges:
PushUp and hold 10 Counts, 3X
If head
is off floor, can try to lift 1 leg also.

Pike
Stretch: start with tucked legs, hands hold toes
Slide
toes out until legs are straight, hold 5 counts, 5X

Leg
straddles: sitting, lift legs 6" off floor
Open and
close slowly 5-1X

Crab
walk: keep seat off floor, and fingers facing feet
Walk
across room and back

"Superman" on stomach: lift arms and legs in stretched position.
Hold 5
counts, turn onto back- keep head and legs off floor, hold 5 count.

Push ups:
Keep body tight in starting position
Lower
slowly to chin 5-8 X

Sit ups:
Sit with Knees bent and arms by ears
Curl
Shoulders up to knees, arms stay at ears

Tuck
Jumps: Knees should touch stomach on each jump 3 sets of 5

Aerobic
activities: 1 minute 5X minimum
Jogging, Jump
Rope, Dancing to music, Hula Hoop, Etc.
