"Positive Beginnings".
Located in Flanders, NJ - C.S. Gymnastics is
dedicated to the total development of each gymnast. Proper learning
progressions, stressing form and technique of all gymnastic skills are
fundamental to our program. Enhanced self confidence, as a result of successful
learning experiences, is as much a part of our school's goals as is the
development of gymnastic skills.

Gymnasts learn in
small
classes, grouped by age and skill level. The maximum student-teacher
ratio is 8:1. Students will be evaluated their first week to ensure proper
class placement. The average student will generally take 1-2 years (6-8
sessions) to achieve the progression of skills for each class level.
Students who wish to accelerate may choose to attend 2 classes/week. Our
qualified staff will offer your child a fun and rewarding
experience at C.S. Gymnastics, Inc.
We began serving the community in 1984 and are pleased to offer
you one of the most complete and beautiful gyms in the area. The fully carpeted
gym is equipped with all Olympic specified equipment, including an AMF carpeted
spring floor, padded beams, cable bars, vaulting horse, trampoline, plus an
expanding quality of men's equipment.
The
Bunny Tot and
Bouncin' Bunny classes also use equipment,
mats, and activities designed especially for "little gymnasts".
The C.S. Gymnastics, Inc. staff encourages you to include your
