Pre-Team
Jr. Team Jr. Stars Jr. Shadows	Ages 5-7 Ages 7 and up. Pre team training skills needed for competition. Boys pre- team
Teams C. S. Shadows	Boys competitive team program. Levels 5+
USAG-Jr. Olympic Program
Level 3
Level 4 (compulsory)	Intro into competitive arena . Focuses on building a sense of teamwork, and the fun of competition.
Level 5 (compulsory)	Striving for excellence while performing and competing compulsory routines.
Level 6 (compulsory)	Striving for excellence while performing and competing compulsory routines.
Level 7/8	Modified compulsory. Striving for excellence while competing. Optional routines with emphasis on compulsory skills.
Level 8&9	For the advanced gymnast
NJOGL/USAIGC	Provide competitive gymnastics program, utilizing optional routine format without the intensity and hourly commitment of the USAG optional level.
NJOGL-C Level	Intro into recreational competitive gymnastics.
USAIGC	For intermediate/advanced gymnast competing in recreation, optional gymnastics. Levels bronze, silver, gold, platinum.	USAIGC Silver Team At Delco Meet
