C.S. Gymnastics, Inc. was established in 1984 and has a time tested reputation for offering top-quality gymnastics instruction in a positive, family friendly environment. Our current programs include Recreational and Competitive Gymnastics for Boys and Girls, Ultimate Ninja Athlete (UNA), Tumbling, Private Lessons for general and special needs, Summer Camp, Clinics and more.
Our staff consists of highly trained instructors and coaches dedicated to developing well-rounded athletes. We maintain background checks on all staff, are compliant with SafeSport and USAG policies, and all team coaches and senior instructors are CPR/First Aid/AED certified.
Our 10,000+ SF fully carpeted gym is equipped with all Olympic specified gymnastics equipment and ninja training equipment. Our expansive viewing balcony offers parents and spectators an exciting view of the entire gymnastics training area. Additionally, we have a mini gym located on the second level featuring equipment specifically designed for the 3-5 year old age range, and two private rooms used for birthday parties.
